“What actually happens in a one-to-one pelvic floor & core assessment?”


A one-to-one session with me is not a workout class and it’s not a quick fix.
It’s a personalized, supportive assessment of your body, your history, and your goals.


Here’s what we do together: 
  • We start with your story, your pregnancy, birth, surgeries, menopause transition, injuries, lifestyle, symptoms — all of it matters. This is a space where nothing is TMI and nothing is rushed.
  • We look at how your body is managing pressure:  breathing patterns, rib position, posture, and how your core and pelvic floor are actually working together (or compensating).
  • We assess movement - gently and intentionally.  Simple movements to see where your body feels strong, restricted, disconnected, or overworking. No internal exams. No pushing past your comfort.
  • We connect the dots - leaking, heaviness, core weakness, pain, back or hip issues, confidence in movement — many of these are linked. You don’t have to guess anymore.
  • You leave with a clear plan - not generic exercises.  Not “just do more kegels.”
  • You’ll get a personalized plan that may include corrective exercise, pelvic floor–informed yoga, breathwork, and referrals when appropriate.
